If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return purchased plugins within 90 days after purchase by creating a ticket via the Contact Form. The only condition is that you haven't LOCKED the license to a machine or USB Dongle. You may have however activated and used your license.
If you did lock your license and still want to return it, we can only issue a 50% refund of the purchase price. If you didn't lock the license and just activate it, we'll issue a 100% refund.
