1. Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative sound designer to join our team at our audio-plugin and virtual instrument company. The sound designer will be responsible for creating and implementing sound effects and presets for our audio-plugins and virtual instruments. This includes working with the development team to understand the project requirements, creating and editing sound effects, composing and producing presets, and integrating the sound into the software. The sound designer will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing the sound library and working with the audio team to ensure high-quality audio throughout the project.

2. Must have Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sound design for audio-plugins or virtual instruments
  • Strong understanding of audio software and sound design principles
  • Proficient in using audio editing and production software such as Pro Tools, Ableton, or Logic
  • Strong skills in sound effects editing and creation
  • Strong skills in preset composition and production
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

3. Nice to have Requirements

  • Experience with audio software development
  • Knowledge of scripting or coding for audio implementation
  • Experience with sound design for different genres and instruments
  • Experience in preset or instrument design
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

  • We're located in Berlin, Germany.
  • Currently the position is remote but we may be able to provide office space in the future
